<description>Even I use thermal binding machine in my office and it serves my purpose in the best way. But the major problem is choosing the right one. You can read the reviews about different models online.

<description>Thermal binding machines range from around $80 up to several thousand dollars. For around one hundred dollars you should be able to find a machine that will handle documents up to one inch thick. If you need a two inch capacity you will be looking at $200+.
One of the best things about thermal binding equipment is that there is really no maintenance required. The machines work very much like a toaster. The only maintentance task that may need to be required would be to clean the heating plate inside the machine periodically. However, that would only be necessary if glue accidently spills out of your cover. Most thermal binding covers stop the glue about 1/2&quot; from the edge of the book to prevent this from happening.
Let me know if you have any other questions about Thermal binding and I will be glad to help you out.
Thanks,
Jeff
