HILLSBORO, OR, April 13, 2010 — Internet retailer MyBinding.com has announced that its company blog, MyBindingBlog.com, has a new look. The blog contains a wealth of information about the products the business sells and a beautiful new graphic that shows off the company’s logo.
The blog, which was launched in the fall of 2009, was originally published via TypePad. However, the company recently moved all of the blog’s content to WordPress, which is one of the most popular blogging tools used today. The blog contains numerous reviews of the devices the company sells including paper shredders, binding machines, and laminators. There are also a number of “how to” articles that instruct readers on using certain products. The company said the revamping is part of a larger plan which involves better serving their customers and having a lot of information all in one place.
“This is all part of a plan to release more content online so our customers can easily access it,” said Jeff McRitchie, Director of Marketing for MyBinding.com. “We have a lot of content that’s not available on the new and improved blog, but will be very shortly.”
McRitchie went on to say that the company, which employs two part-time staff writers, plans to publish more than 1,700 new posts on its blog in the next few months. These posts will consist of product reviews and comparisons, as well as informational pieces on topics such as maintaining binding and laminating equipment. MyBinding.com’s staff writers regularly evaluate new equipment that comes out so readers will know exactly what the product does and how it can benefit them. This new content will begin appearing on the blog beginning on Monday, April 10, 2010.
“We really have an incredible amount of content,” McRitchie said. “And we’re very excited to be releasing it. We’re sure it will be very helpful to both our current customers and our future ones.”
